Fixnode Computer Services offers Remote Assistance to registered users, if you need help using your computer, or are having trouble using a software that is installed on your computer then Contact Us and we will remotely connect to your computer, this allows you to avoid costs of driving to our location.

The steps below are for registered users ONLY, Please Contact Us before following any of the steps below!


How to setup Remote Assistance: PC

Step 1: Download and save the appropriate file to your desktop and "Open" it.

Download: Windows XP and Older
Download: Windows Vista/Windows 7

Step 2: Wait while we connect to your computer (takes 2-5 minutes)

How to setup Remote Assistance: Mac

Step 1: Download and save the application "Fixnode Mac Support" to your "Desktop" Folder.

Download: Mac OSX Remote Support

Step 2: Open application "Fixnode Mac Support", write down your ID and password provided by the application.

Step 3: Please send us your ID and Password in an email to either [email protected] or via Live Support (located on left hand side of the website)

Step 3: Wait while we connect to your computer (takes 2-5 minutes)
